Once again, this devout Tar Heel fan found herself in Chapel Hill attending one of the country’s most prestigious dental schools. While at UNC, she was a Dean’s List student and served on the admission’s committee as a student interviewer. She also enjoys giving back to her community. She has participated in the Mission of Mercy (MOM) dental clinic in Charlotte, NC and Sparta, NC, her hometown. In addition, she participated in Dental Access Day (DAD) in Rock Hill and the Baptist Men’s Mobile Dental Bus in Monroe, NC.
She continues to focus on post-graduate education by attending numerous continuing education courses focusing on comprehensive cosmetic, reconstructive, and preventive dentistry. She most recently completed courses with Clinical Mastery Series.
Dr. Halsey lives with her husband Joe on Lake Wylie where they enjoy spending summers on their boat and wake surfing with family and friends. She loves SCUBA diving, and in fact, is a PADI-certified underwater digital photographer. Her other interests include travel and painting.
