At a few previous clinics, I was told I needed many fillings, which didn’t feel right. At Lakeshore Dental, everything is explained clearly and honestly.
I had an issue with a slight crack in one of my teeth, and Dr. J carefully identified the exact problem. Before placing the crown, he referred me to Dr. Hackborth to make sure everything was handled properly. That level of thoroughness and professionalism really impressed me.
The entire team, including the front desk staff, is attentive, friendly, and very helpful. They proactively call to schedule, reschedule, or even inform you about earlier appointment availability, which makes the whole experience very convenient.
