Good reception and personalized patient care
I would like to start with. I’m personally afraid of the dentist so I made sure to look up a location with a very relaxing lobby and read reviews thoroughly before going to my first appointment. I had my first appointment with Dr J. Last Friday and I met the all the staff by name and they were all very down to earth and sweet and made me feel like family! Dr. J was just as described as the reviews I read, which was calming kind, and very thorough. By the end of my appointment, I felt super aware of what my dental issues were and what was on my dental plan for the next year, which made my anxiety way less. Thank you, Lakeshore dental for making my first appointment in North Carolina a huge success! I am nothing but thankful for the lakeshore dental team!
Lakeshore Dental, which I’ve been going to for six years, is a great Dental group. They are very pleasant, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. They do a great job on cleaning your teeth, and tell you if you need anything done. I like the dentist and since I go to the dentist every six months, I almost kinda look forward to it because I know I’m going to get good care.😊
